As a Senior Tax Manager with a Fortune 500 Company, I have purchased several homes without any complications with previous lenders and was fully approved for a new home loan with Amerisave Mortgage. With less than two weeks before close, Amerisave’s underwriting department cancelled the loan because of a company policy that forbid them from making loans on condominiums insured under the group insurance policy purchased by the Condo Association’s Management Company.
